Responsibilities
- Develop new food products and improve existing formulations.
- Conduct testing to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Source and test raw materials for product suitability.
- Ensure adherence to Australian food regulations, including FSANZ standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimise processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of Australian food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Experience in product development or food manufacturing preferred.
