Senior MSLs provide strategic support to medical teams and KOLs, acting as a lead scientific resource and mentor for junior MSLs in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex discussions with KOLs and healthcare providers.
- Provide advanced scientific support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior MSLs.
- Develop and execute regional engagement plans.
- Ensure adherence to Australian industry and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
- Proven experience in medical science liaison roles.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
