As a Recreational Activities Officer, you will be instrumental in enhancing individuals’ well-being and quality of life through engaging and therapeutic recreational programs. You’ll design, coordinate, and facilitate a range of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of participants, whether they are in healthcare facilities, community centres, or other settings. Your role will involve assessing individual needs, setting goals, and ensuring enjoyable and beneficial activities. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you’ll monitor participants’ progress and adjust activities to maximise engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
