On Q Recruitment 2023 Job Satisfaction & Salary Survey is organised and promoted by ON Q RECRUITMENT PTY LTD (ABN 97 090 009 804) of registered office address:4/69 Christie St, St Leonards NSW 2065.
On Q Recruitment’s Annual 2023 Job Satisfaction & Salary Survey is open to any professional in the Life Sciences industry who wants to complete the survey.
The purpose of the survey information is to provide the life sciences industry current benchmark data on salary and benefits, the latest market trends, insights into employee needs and job satisfaction.
By submitting this survey, the entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Survey responses will be strictly confidential, as data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate of position titles.
This survey and report is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated any third party organisations. You are providing your information to On Q Recruitment and not to any other third-party organisation.
The personal information submitted through this survey will not be shared or sold to a third party.

WEEKLY DRAW

As a token of appreciation, everyone who completed the survey will be going into a weekly draw to win $150 worth Visa gift card.
The rules of the weekly draw and the prize for each winner are as follows:
Entrants must be 18 years or older and be Australian citizens or Permanent Residents
Winners will be drawn at random on a Tuesday, each week until the close of the salary survey.
The winners will be contacted individually by the On Q Recruitment to inform them about the prize and arrange for the prize to be delivered via email or to a physical address.
Every effort will be made to get in touch with the winners within 5-10 business days after the winners are drawn. If the winners do not respond within 5-10 business days of the first notification, On Q Recruitment reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
On Q Recruitment is not responsible for inaccurate contact details supplied when entering the competition
The prize cannot be transferred to someone else, it can only be claimed by the chosen winner
No cash or other alternative to the prizes will be offered
If for some reason the prizes mentioned above is not available in the market at the time it is offered to the winners, On Q Recruitment reserves the right to offer an alternative prize worth $150
Employees of On Q Recruitment or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or the company will not be entered into the draw or win any prizes
On Q Recruitment cannot take any responsibility for survey submissions that were not received for technical or other reasons.

SURVEY RESULTS

The results of this survey will be made available to all for free through a digital report PDF download.
Survey contributors will receive a PDF copy of the 2023 On Q Recruitment Job Satisfaction & Salary Survey.

OTHER INFORMATION

On Q Recruitment reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of On Q Recruitment’s control.
Any changes to this terms and conditions or the survey and report will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
The weekly draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
