Nina Mapson Bone brings extensive leadership experience from across the recruitment industry, including significant roles at Beaumont People and as President & Chair of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA). Her proven track record in scaling businesses, enhancing operational efficiency, and building high-performing cultures aligns directly with On Q’s vision for the future.

This appointment is a proactive step to build on On Q’s strong foundation and prepare for future expansion. It also allows Catherine O’Mahony, On Q’s Founder, to formally step into the role of CEO, where she will focus on long-term strategy and deepening partnerships with our clients.
